Authors
Submission
The full paper should develop the work described in the submitted abstract. All full papers must be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish, or English, and should have between 6 and 12 pages, according to the template provided.
Authors must send the full papers replacing the abstract uploaded on the Easychair platform (see link below). Authors should choose the Topic in which they intend to submit the abstract as well as the presenting author at the time of submission.
The revised full papers must be submitted by June 30th 2023.
Each registration entitles you to a maximum of one oral presentation and one poster presentation. For each paper, after approval, information about the author who will make the oral or poster presentation will be requested.
A special issue of selected conference papers is planned to be published in the International Journal of Architectural Heritage (Taylor & Francis, https://www.tandfonline.com/journals/uarc20). The Organizing Committee will select a set of articles, which must be subsequently submitted by the authors, with extended content, for review and possible publication.
Presentations
According to the aforementioned mentioned rules, the presentations may be either oral or by poster. The templates are available at the links below.
For those authors (appropriately registered) that will not be able to physically participate to the congress, it will be possible to send a poster presentation by email as well as a video of the recording of their presentation. The participants will have access to both the poster and the recording during the poster sessions, timely defined in the congress program.
The files of both oral presentations (.ppt file) and posters (.pdf file), as well as the videos, must be sent by email (info@4cihclb.pt) in advance up to August 25th.
The congress is organized in person, therefore no online transmissions will be available.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
– Refund requests until July 16th, 2023. The registration fee will be refunded with an administrative fee of 50 euros.
– Requests for reimbursement after July 16th, 2023. There will be no reimbursement, the registration may be used by another participant from the same institution.
